Zusammenfassung

Allianz Services is seeking a student intern to join the Data & AI Transformation Team in Munich for 4 to 6 months, full-time. You will support the SAS Decommissioning service across the project lifecycle, assist with cost tracking and reporting, and help ensure compliance with data privacy and governance guidelines.

You will collaborate with international teams and prepare dashboards for management. The role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and interest in AI governance

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled as a student in a related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Interest in data, AI and digital transformation topics.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI/SQL is a plus.

• Assist with resource controlling for US Life – cost and capacity tracking, budget monitoring and management reporting
• Support legal and data privacy activities – documentation, stakeholder coordination and maintaining compliance records
• Contribute to Responsible AI initiatives – helping to apply governance guidelines and preparing related documentation
• Help register and maintain AI use cases in the relevant inventory, ensuring records are complete and accurate
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and analyses for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams within the Data & AI Transformation Team

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner of the SAS Decommissioning service across the project lifecycle
• Assist with resource controlling for US Life – cost and capacity tracking, budget monitoring and management reporting
• Support legal and data privacy activities – documentation, stakeholder coordination and maintaining compliance records
• Contribute to Responsible AI initiatives – helping to apply governance guidelines and preparing related documentation
• Help register and maintain AI use cases in the relevant inventory, ensuring records are complete and accurate
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and analyses for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams within the Data & AI Transformation Team

Key Requirements

• Enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Initial experience with or strong interest in data, AI and digital transformation topics
• Confident in Jira, Confluence and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus
• Interest in AI governance, data privacy and regulatory/compliance topics
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
• A proactive, structured and reliable way of working, and a collaborative team player
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
