Allianz Technology seeks an enthusiastic intern to join the Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function for a 6‑month, full-time internship (38h/week) in Munich, Germany. You will gain experience in performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards within a global organization.

You will create communication materials, support salary benchmarking, and help harmonize processes across locations, collaborating with a global team.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, self-motivated learner contributing to team success.
• English fluency; German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated intern to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function. What you do

• You will create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility
• and performance management processes.
• You will support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
• You will conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
• You will help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our
• locations.
• You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as
• employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical us

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
