Allvest GmbH, Munich-based subsidiary of Allianz SE, offers digital retirement and investment products in Germany. As an intern you will support strategic project management and business development, working closely with Allvest leadership on product development, customer journeys, tests and market analyses for Allianz top management.

You are enrolled in business administration or economics, with prior exposure to strategy or financial services, and you are fluent in German (C2) and English

• Enrolled in business administration, financial mathematics, economics or similar.
• Experience in strategy/management consulting, finance or FinTechs desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1); Spanish/Dutch a plus.

Allvest GmbH was founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of Allianz SE with headquarters in Munich. Since September 2020, the company distributes digital offers for retirement provision and investment via digital channels to customers in Germany.

ROLE PROFILE

As an intern, you will support the strategic project management and business development team. You will work independently in direct proximity to the Allvest management on topics such as product development, design and optimization of the customer journey, customer tests, market and competition analyses or preparation of documents and appointments for the Allianz top management

TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• You work in close cooperation with the Business Development team on relevant strategic projects
• You support the Allvest management in strategic and operational topics and prepare documents for Allianz top management
• You optimize the customer journey with our cross-functional team (Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT), accompany customer tests and support the creation of new concepts for the website content
• You carry out market and competition analyses, create evaluations and derive recommendations that shape our product development and market presence

REQUIREMENTS

• You are enrolled in a course of study in the field of business administration, financial mathematics, economics or in a comparable course of study
• You have already gained practical experience in a strategy and management consulting firm, the financial industry or FinTechs
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• You speak fluently German (C2) and English (C1), Spanish and Dutch are a plus
