CEVA Logistics in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a full-time Business Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d) for WMS specialty to lead the regional WMS Key User / Super User team across the DACH region and drive standardization of warehouse processes.

You will manage the team, ensure high-quality WMS support, oversee implementations and upgrades, collaborate with regional IT and European WMS, and promote global process compliance while developing local capabilities for future readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience working with WMS solutions (preferably Manhattan SCALE or Dispatcher WMS) within 3PL / contract logistics environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a WMS Key User / Super User role.
• Proven track record in leading multiple WMS implementations and site roll-outs within the CEE region.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to drive standardization and ensure compliance with global processes and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Drive standardization and harmonization of WMS configurations across the DACH cluster
• Support and develop local Key Users and Super Users to ensure adherence to cluster standards and best practices
• Build and strengthen Key User capabilities and organizational maturity across the region
• Ensure successful roll-out of the Next Gen program throughout the DACH cluster

• Lead and develop the WMS Key User / Super User team across the DACH region
