CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Meppen-Versen to assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for a large-scale logistics facility, actively shaping its sustainable development and performance.

The role requires leadership with P&L accountability, end-to-end operations management, and a track record in LEAN and transforming operations. The position offers a modern workplace and long-term growth within a global logistics group.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years (at least 5 years) of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally in contract logistics.
• Proven success in performance-driven, dynamic environments (ideally with LEAN experience).
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a high level of operational execution.
