Zusammenfassung

CEVA Logistics seeks a senior WMS leader to guide the Key User and Super User teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own WMS deployments, upgrades, and rollouts while driving standardization and governance.

You will collaborate with regional IT, Operations, and the European WMS org to align business and technology goals and develop local experts. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience leading WMS teams and multiple implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL/contract logistics.

• Ensure compliance with global WMS standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Coach and develop local Key Users and Super Users, creating a strong community of WMS experts
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and increase WMS maturity across the region
• Lead the implementation of our strategic Next Generation WMS Program
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leadership teams on process optimization and warehouse technology
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the DACH region and occasionally within

Profile description

• 5+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally Manhattan SCALE, Dispatcher WMS, or comparable solutions
• At least 3 years of experience as a WMS Key User, Super User, or WMS Process Expert
• Proven success leading multiple WMS implementations, migrations, and site roll-outs within complex logistics environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL / contract logistics operations
• Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
