Job summary

SAP SE is seeking an accomplished Industry AI leader to guide the productization of AI across industries, influencing SAP's product and GTM strategy from the C-suite level. You will drive discovery, prioritize high-value opportunities, and build scalable AI assets from customer learnings for global reuse.

You will lead strategic co-innovation with senior stakeholders, mentor the team in value engineering, and shape how Industry AI is practiced across SAP’s Customer Industry Solutions.

• 12+ years in Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
• Led enterprise-level business transformations and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders to surface high-value Industry AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions across full lifecycle.
• Own the lifecycle from discovery to deployment and measure value in production.
• Define requirements, build prototypes, and validate business outcomes.
• Document financial and operational value of each asset and present at executive forums.
• Mentor team in use case design and value engineering; drive co-innovation at C-suite level.

You construct business cases that connect AI use cases to profit and loss impact. You have mentored senior colleagues in use case design and value outcomes. Your SAP toolkit includes S/4HANA, Business AI Platform, Joule, Signavio, and LeanIX. You write and present confidently to senior audiences.
