Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a data management and IT transformation specialist to analyze banking transformation projects, design data management processes, and build data integration capabilities for analytical needs.

You will create data models supporting analytical application integration, collaborate with SAP Fioneer teams and Software Development, and travel to meet the team on-site from time to time.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of IT transformation project experience.
• Experience designing data management processes for banking sector.
• Understanding mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products.
• Basic experience configuring SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database.
• Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
• Strong customer-focused interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel (50%).
• Proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
• Initial experience in designing data management processes for the banking sector.
• A solid understanding of the technical mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products.
• Basic experience in configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database is preferred.
• Exposed to AI agents and Claude code.
• Exhibit positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
• Willingness to travel (50%).
• Proficiency in both English (written and oral).
