Zusammenfassung

GBTEC AG in Germany seeks a (Senior) BPM Consultant to work with clients to design modern process management solutions and support their journey toward more efficient, transparent, and digitally enabled business processes.

You will combine methodological consulting, technology understanding, and project responsibility, taking on challenging client projects and contributing ideas to advance our consultancy approaches.

Qualifikationen

• A successfully completed degree with a specialisation in IT and/or business administration.
• Several years’ professional experience in consultancy or a similar field.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for business process management.
• Proficiency in using process modelling tools and notations such as BPMN 2.0.
• Experience with process automation and mining is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office 365.
• A strong customer focus and a confident, persuasive manner.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (primarily within the DACH region).
• Very good command of German and English.

Aufgaben

• You will work with clients to develop robust concepts for process architectures, modelling standards, governance structures and digital process solutions
• Taking on project responsibility, e.g. as a sub-project or lead project manager, and managing content, deadlines, quality and communication
• Advising our clients on the use of GBTEC products
• Supporting the implementation of strategic transformation and optimisation programmes for our clients
• You will work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Management and Customer Success, to gain a holistic understanding of client needs and develop suitable solutions

As a (Senior) BPM Consultant (m/f/d), you will work alongside our clients to design modern process management solutions and support them on their journey towards more efficient, transparent and digitally enabled business processes. You will combine methodical consultancy, an understanding of technology and project responsibility, thereby creating genuine added value in transformation and optimisation projects. As part of our consultancy team, you’ll take on responsibility for challenging client projects, contribute your own ideas and, together with your colleagues, further develop our consultancy approaches.

Your profile
