Zusammenfassung

NEURA Robotics is seeking an HR Generalist to be the primary contact for our employees in Germany. You will support and advise colleagues and managers on HR topics to foster a positive, inclusive culture and help NEURA Robotics grow.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employer branding in collaboration with marketing, develop HR standards, organize development measures, and maintain compliant employee data and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Experience with startups or fast‑growing companies is a plus.

Your mission & challenges

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, helping to ensure that all employees feel that they are in the best possible hands and that NEURA Robotics can continue to grow successfully. Your tasks will include

• Supporting and advising our employees and managers on all HR-related topics to promote a positive and supportive working environment
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, from publishing job postings to creating a smooth start for new talent
• Developing and implementing HR standards and processes that enable flexible and dynamic working and meet the requirements of a startup
• Organizing and implementing employee development measures, including training, regular feedback and individual career planning
• Design and implementation of employer branding measures in collaboration with the marketing team, including success monitoring and analysis
• Maintaining and managing employee data and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Creating and analyzing HR reports and key figures to measure and develop the progress of our People & Culture measure
