Job summary

NEURA Robotics in the United States (Ohio) seeks an HR Generalist who will be the primary contact for employees, supporting managers on HR topics and driving a positive, inclusive culture.

You will contribute to recruiting and onboarding, develop HR standards for a startup, coordinate training and development, and support employer branding with the marketing team, while ensuring data compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Enthusiasm for employee support, recruiting, employer branding and the development of HR standards
• A good feel for the needs of employees and the ability to promote a positive and inclusive corporate culture
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders
• High level of self-motivation, problem-solving mentality and enthusiasm for a vibrant corporate culture
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor law, preferably also with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Supporting and advising our employees and managers on all HR-related topics to promote a positive and supportive working environment
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, from publishing job postings to creating a smooth start for new talent
• Developing and implementing HR standards and processes that enable flexible and dynamic working and meet the requirements of a startup
• Organizing and implementing employee development measures, including training, regular feedback and individual career planning
• Design and implementation of employer branding measures in collaboration with the marketing team, including success monitoring and analysis
• Maintaining and managing employee data and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Creating and analyzing HR reports and key figures to measure and develop the progress of our People & Culture measure
