Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No. 1 e-pharmacy, seeks a senior Key Account Manager to grow key accounts across Germany, Austria, Italy and Belgium. You will identify top-tier sellers, onboard them, and lead multinational negotiations.

Using data-driven analyses in Excel, you will optimize performance, define commercial terms, and expand our sellers’ international footprint. We offer flexible EU remote work up to 20 days a year, a company pension, Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales.
• Experience managing high-revenue accounts and senior-level negotiations.
• Data-driven approach with Excel proficiency; strong analytical skills.
• Strong German and English communication in international teams.

• You will be responsible for building and strategically developing key accounts across multiple European markets (Germany, Austria, Italy and Belgium).
• You will identify and acquire top-tier sellers and high-growth accounts, building long-term partnerships.
• You will manage the entire process, from acquisition and onboarding to scaling, while driving your sellers' international expansion.
• You will lead complex contract negotiations at senior level and independently define commercial terms and conditions.
• You will use data-driven analyses (including in-depth Excel analyses) to improve performance and identify actionable growth opportunities.

Требования

• You have 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• You have experience managing high-revenue accounts and conducting complex negotiations at senior level.
• You combine a strong sales mindset with a data-driven approach and are confident working with Excel and large datasets.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
