Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and optimize data pipelines and architectures for AI-driven healthcare insights. You’ll work on cloud-native solutions using Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Spark in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering or related fields, strong SQL and programming skills, and experience with GitHub and DevOps practices. We value innovation and scalable, secure data systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms and services like Databricks or Apache Spark.
• Proficient with Big Data technologies (Kafka, Flink) and SQL for analytics.

As a Data Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that enable Data & AI models to deliver transformative insights. About your tasks:

Design and implement scalable, high-performing data pipelines and optimize our data architecture.

Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure Data Services, Databricks and other Big Data technologies.

Collaborate across teams to understand and support their data needs while ensuring the data architecture supports ongoing and future initiatives.

Apply CI/CD practices in Data Analytics projects to streamline development and deployment processes.

Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and security in our data systems.

Qualifications

About you:

5+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related fields, with expertise in ingesting and processing large datasets.

Hands‑on experience in Azure public cloud platforms, including working knowledge of services like Databricks or Apache Spark.

Skilled in Big Data Technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink) and SQL for analytics.

Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).

Have working experience in Github and DevOps.

Motivated to work in an innovative environment, learning and applying best practices for cloud‑native systems and distributed architecture.
