Jobtailor in Germany seeks a results-driven Business Analyst/Product Manager to shape forecasting and analytics capabilities. You will manage the backlog, align stakeholders, and translate complex methodologies into clear specs.

Working across healthcare forecasting, data science, and engineering, you will define integration points, acceptance criteria, and future-state scenarios, supporting AI-enabled discovery and trusted analytics.

• Establish and maintain a clear backlog and near-term roadmap
• Coordinate product decisions across product subject-matter experts, Data Science, Engineering, and UX teams
• Translate methodology changes into customer-facing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Define how the product relates to and integrates with other platform capabilities
• Clarify how outputs support broader decision-making workflows
• Make assumptions, limitations, and reconciliation requirements explicit and visible to stakeholders
• Help define ownership and scope for unclear parts of the product experience
• Prepare product project work to support AI-enabled discovery, requirements, and validation
• Maintain documentation supporting trusted data queries and future semantic/AI modeling needs
• Support forecast releases and enhancements
• Document and plan for a new forecast engine and methodology translation
• Develop scenario modeling and future-state assumptions documentation
• Define integration points across forecasting, claims, clearinghouse, market data, and decision-support workflows
• Define requirements for Forecast’s AI chat/assistant capabilities
• Support experience design across Forecast entry points, workflows, and analytics surfaces
• Align Forecast data readiness with the broader platform delivery roadmap

Requirements

• Strong business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, documentation, and translating ambiguity into clear specs
• Solid project/product management fundamentals: backlog management, sequencing, and cross-team coordination
• Comfort communicating data assumptions and methodology to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working across capability areas
• Familiarity with AI-ready documentation and trusted analytics concepts
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar backlog/work-tracking tools
• Healthcare utilization and demand forecasting experience (nice to have)
• Scenario modeling experience (nice to have)
• Background in strategic planning or service-line growth decision support (nice to have)
• Experience with Sigma and/or Databricks (nice to have)
• Prior experience embedded within a client organization as a contract PM/BA (nice to have)
