Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business Analyst in Germany to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and detailed analysis. You will translate complex needs into functional specifications, user stories, and diagrams, and map current financial processes for improvements using the Vena platform.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with FP&A software, BI tools, or Microsoft technologies is advantageous.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
