Jobtailor in Germany seeks a data-driven BI/Controlling specialist to analyze KPIs across business units, provide well-founded recommendations for management, and act as a sparring partner for departments.

You will prepare, develop and automate reports, build and maintain BI solutions (Power BI), support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses, and help identify optimization opportunities to continuously improve reporting processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration or related field required or equivalent
• Several years of experience in controlling or analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers

• Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage


• Proficient in Excel
