Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Financial Advisory & FP&A specialist to partner with Technology & R&D leaders, Product Management, and Solution Management teams in Dortmund.

You will own long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and reporting, translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations while engaging senior stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, plus several years of solid professional experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering
• Relevant experience working with Technology, Product Development, Engineering, or R&D organizations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Confident presence when engaging senior stakeholders, along with strong communication and advisory skills
• Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent English skills and willingness to travel occasionally, particularly for collaboration with our Technology & R&D sites and stakeholders

• Development and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards, management reporting, and performance review processes
• Identification of risks and opportunities and contribution to process improvements, reporting automation, and AI-enabled financial solutions
