Job summary

The Base FOL Group GmbH in München is seeking a guest-focused front desk professional to ensure a warm, professional welcome for guests. You will assist with breakfast setup, restocking, and simple cold dishes, while providing allergen information and a varied beverage selection.

Additionally, you will support check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries as part of the Community Team, requiring excellent German and English communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude in a startup-like

Qualifications

• Ideally, you already have some experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar field.
• Your open and proactive attitude allows you to learn and grow every day.
• You are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have very good verbal communication skills in both German and English.
