Job summary

theBASE FOL Group GmbH is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and efficient front-desk experience. You will help set up breakfast, prepare simple dishes, and assist with check-ins and guest support.

Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality experience, a proactive mindset, and excellent German and English communication. Weekend shifts are required in this role, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or related experience is preferred.
• Open and proactive attitude to learn and grow.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service.
• Very good verbal communication in German and English.
• Willing to work early shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and answer questions.
• Set up and clear the breakfast buffet with a varied selection.
• Prepare simple cold dishes and beverages and inform about ingredients/allergens.
• Support Community Team with front-office tasks: check-ins, check-outs, and guest support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• You ensure a warm and professional experience for our guests and are their first point of contact for questions and requests
• You are responsible for setting up and clearing the breakfast buffet, making sure there is always enough food and drinks available and providing a varied selection
• You prepare simple cold dishes such as cheese and cold-cut platters, salads etc. as well as drinks, and provide information about ingredients and allergens
• You support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest support

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you already have some experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar field
• Your open and proactive attitude allows you to learn and grow every day
• You are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working as part of a team
• You have very good verbal communication skills in both German and English
• You are willing to work early shifts and weekends
