Zusammenfassung

TSL GmbH is seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to lead the delivery of Building Management Systems on large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in Germany. You will own the BMS package from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring seamless integration with MEP systems.

The role focuses on coordinating with subcontractors, managing QA/QC, and supporting IST and final client handover on data centre and industrial builds.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering BMS/controls on large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Willingness to work site-based (5 days per week).
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors/subcontractors on site.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the BMS/EPMS package from design through construction and commissioning.
• Manage BMS subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors on site.
• Review and coordinate BMS/PMS design documentation for buildability and programme alignment.
• Ensure integration of BMS with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage RFIs, design coordination, and communications between involved parties.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Track milestones, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Support IST levels L1 to L5 and final client handover.

We are looking for an experienced BMS Package Manager to lead the delivery of Building Management Systems on large-scale mission critical construction projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of the BMS package from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the BMS / EPMS package delivery from design review through construction and commissioning.
• Manage BMS subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors on site.
• Review and coordinate BMS/PMS design documentation to ensure buildability and programme alignment.
• Ensure integration of BMS with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage technical queries (RFIs), design coordination, and involved parties’ communication.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Track project programme milestones, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Support all commissioning stages L1 to L5, specially integrated system testing (IST) and final client handover.

Preferred Experience
