Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Manager for data centre projects in Germany. You will take ownership of the BMS package from design through commissioning, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and MEP teams on site in Frankfurt.

The role requires strong BMS/controls expertise, site delivery experience, and the ability to manage subcontractors and complex interfaces across large construction programs. On-site position with competitive package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation / Controls with site delivery experience.
• Electrical, mechanical or Building Services Engineering background appears advantageous.
• Willingness to work site-based (5 days per week).
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial construction project experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site.
• Experience delivering BMS or controls packages on large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP system operation and integration.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and system handover.

Aufgaben

• Manage BMS subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors on site.
• Review and coordinate BMS/PMS design documentation to ensure buildability and programme alignment.
• Ensure integration of BMS with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage technical queries (RFIs), design coordination, and involved parties’ communication.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Track project programme milestones, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Support all commissioning stages L1 to L5, specially integrated system testing (IST) and final client handover.
