Zusammenfassung

ROA Talent is partnering with a leading international engineering contractor to appoint an experienced ELV Package Manager for a major data centre project in Frankfurt. The role covers ownership of ELV and ICT packages from design through installation, testing and handover, with close coordination of subcontractors and client interfaces.

The ideal candidate has data centre experience and strong skills in BMS, fire alarm and structured cabling systems, plus proven subcontractor management.

• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage ELV and ICT packages including BMS/DCOS, Fire Alarm, Security, Structured Cabling and AV systems.
• Coordinate design, BIM, technical submittals, RFIs and subcontractors.
• Track programme, procurement, manpower and installation progress.
• Oversee quality, inspections, snagging and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate interfaces with electrical, mechanical, CSA and client teams.
• Manage package reporting, risks and final handover documentation.

They are looking for an experienced ELV Package Manager to take ownership of the ELV and ICT package on a large-scale project in Frankfurt, managing delivery from engineering and coordination through installation, testing and handover.
