Jobtailor is seeking a consultative sales professional to engage pre-qualified prospects and guide them from initial contact to final decision, while diligently recording all details in the CRM. The role includes coordinating client handover to the legal team as engagements are formalized and following up to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a professional degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with full bilingual English proficiency and strong CRM and Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video consultations with pre-qualified prospects.
• Manage the prospect care cycle from first contact through to the decision-making stage.
• Accurately and promptly record all consultation information in the CRM.
• Coordinate the handover of clients to the legal team once the engagement is formalized.
• Follow up with clients to verify their level of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in consultative sales, client management, or the commercialization of professional services.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience closing high-value service engagements.
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability to perform the role on a 100% remote basis.
