Zusammenfassung

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a beverage server to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests in line with policies and standards.

You will take and fulfill beverage orders, keep service stations stocked and clean, monitor guest needs, ensure responsible alcohol service, and assist with bar opening/closing duties in a busy casino environment. Must be at least 21 and maintain professional grooming.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Provides prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Takes and fills all food and beverage orders and assists in maintaining guests' gaming area in a clean and neat manner.
• Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled.
• Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
• Cleans unwanted glass wear, plastic bottles, Styrofoam cups, napkins and unwanted debris from the guests gaming area.
• Practices full tray in, full tray out at all times. Never loiters at the bar.
• Helps refill beverage supplies at all service stations.
• Requests identification from guests in accordance with company policy.
• Utilizes proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner.
• Helps keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of casino food and beverage selections.
• Stays current on department and property knowledge and promotions.
• Follows all CARE guidelines to help assist with guests’ responsible consumption.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
