Sephora Hannover seeks a customer-focused team member to support on the sales floor, ensure stock availability, and present products according to visual standards. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive beauty community.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
• First experience in retail and advising customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.

Responsibilities

• Support staff productivity and engagement while ensuring stock availability.
• Maintain product presentation per visual merchandising standards.
• Handle cash register duties and daily sales tasks.
• Assist in services, class support, and inventory activities.
• Contribute to the development of the category and achieve KPIs.
