Brammibal's Donuts is hiring a Baker (m/f/d) for our Neukölln bakery. You will mix, shape, bake and fry donuts, and help with decorating and prep kitchen tasks. Early shifts start around 12:00 a.m.–4:30 a.m. and you should be organized and a team player.

Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run ten locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.

About The Job

As a Baker, you will work in our Production Team to provide delicious donuts and other goods for our shops and customers at our bakery in Neukölln (near S Sonnenallee/Köllnische Heide).

Your main daily focus will be making the donuts, you will mix and prepare doughs, cut, bake and fry the donuts. You should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of modern baking techniques. Flexibility and interest in helping out with decorating and in the prep kitchen are also essential.

About You

• Experience / Education: You have experience and/or education as a baker/confectioner or in a professional kitchen
• Work Hours: You are available to work early morning shifts, usually starting between 12:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.
• Attention to Detail: You produce food products with consistent quality and precision
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics
• Plant-Based Experience: Experience using plant-based ingredients is an advantage
• Flexibility: You are willing to assist with decorating and in the prep kitchen
• Rote Karte: Rote Karte (health certificate) is required

What We Offer

• Hourly wage starting at €14.60 according to the current collective wage agreement for system gastronomy, with clear pay levels and regular increases; with completed vocational training and excellent qualifications, an hourly wage of up to €16.58 is possible by agreement
• Bonuses for Sundays, night shifts, and public holidays (All bonuses are tax-free: 25% night bonus, 25% on Sundays, 100% on public holidays, if you start before 12 a.m., you will get a 40% bonus until 4 a.m.)
• Germany Ticket for only €11 per month
• Good planning: we prepare the schedule monthly, and you’ll receive it 2-3 weeks before the new month begins - giving you plenty of time to plan ahead
• Feedback: We provide regular feedback and would also like to hear yours – with scheduled meetings with your supervisor after one, three, and six months
