Logicc is seeking a Backend Developer to shape AI applications in a fast-growing startup. You’ll work in an agile team, building internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript, and contribute to data synchronization and CI/CD pipelines.

We value initiative and curiosity; English is the working language, and German is not required. The role offers hybrid or remote options with an office in Hamburg, plus tech perks and ownership in product development.

Tasks

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
