scailetech in Munich is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to scale the Content Engine. You’ll own architecture end-to-end and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team in Munich.

Requirements include 5+ years of professional software development experience, Python or Node.js/Typescript, Docker, and excellent English (C1). German is a plus and a valid work permit for Germany is assumed.

We just entered a fast growth phase and are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to help scale the systems powering our Content Engine. You’ll own architecture end-to-end and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team in Munich.

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend, as needed
• Setup autonomous high throughput workflows
• Ship fast, iterate with the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with languages like Python or Node.js/Typescript
• Low ego, high ownership - you care more about getting it right than being right
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience in deploying applications using containerization and orchestration tools (such as Docker)
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1), German is a plus
• You have a valid work permit to work in Germany
