Job summary

Teoresi Group in Germany (Wolfsburg) seeks an automotive testing coordinator to oversee logistics, fleet preparation, and on-site testing activities. You will plan test schedules, allocate vehicles, and coordinate hardware/software updates for test vehicles.

Candidates should hold a technical degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, with experience in vehicle testing, coordination, and prototype operations. Fluency in English and German is required.

• Technical education or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle logistics, transportation, and on-site testing activities.
• Support vehicle fleet management, preparation, and configuration.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle testing activities, including test schedules and vehicle allocation.
• Organize vehicle camouflage and prototype preparation activities.
• Coordinate hardware and software updates for test vehicles.
• Perform functional, durability, and road testing activities.
• Identify, document, and report vehicle anomalies and test results.
• Create and track tickets related to vehicle issues and testing activities.
• Support test case execution, data collection, and statistical evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, test drivers, and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Technical education or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive testing, vehicle coordination, fleet management, or prototype operations.
• Understanding of vehicle development and validation processes.
• Familiarity with vehicle hardware/software configurations and testing procedures.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities.
• Prototype driving license
• Fluent in both English and German
