Job summary

Teoresi Group in Ulm, Germany, is seeking a hands-on engineer to support prototype vehicle commissioning on the production line. You will install and connect ECUs, support hardware bring-up, and flash software bundles with required datasets.

You will troubleshoot wiring, CAN/LIN, and dataset configurations and document L1 integration tests toward vehicle sign-off. The role requires strong ECU programming/ flashing experience, practical electrical skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ECU flashing and vehicle commissioning.
• Solid understanding of ECU programming workflows and prerequisites.
• Experience with CAN/LIN communication; familiarity with Vector CANalyzer/CANoe.
• Hands-on electrical skills: wiring harness repair and connector assembly.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Structured, documentation-driven work style; proficient in MS Office.
• Valid truck driving license (C/CE) is a plus.

Your Profile

• Solid understanding of typical ECU programming/flashing workflows and prerequisites
• Experience with ECU flashing/programming and vehicle commissioning (prototype or production environment)
• Good understanding of CAN/LIN and practical use of Vector CANalyzer and/or CANoe
• Hands‑on electrical skills: repairing/installing wiring harnesses, and assembling small connectors/plugs and harness sections
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Structured working style with strong documentation skills; MS Office proficiency (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Truck driving licence (e.g., C/CE) is a plus
