Job summary

Teoresi Group is seeking an Automotive Mechatronics specialist to support development, prototype and test vehicles. You will perform software/hardware updates, ECU flashing, and calibration, and ensure correct configurations for engineering fleets in an on-site setting with an Ingolstadt option.

You bring hands-on automotive electronics expertise, experience with diagnostics tools (ODIS, INCA, CANoe), and fluency in English and German to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Automotive Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in automotive workshops, vehicle development, prototype operations or testing environments.
• Knowledge of vehicle electronics, diagnostics, and automotive systems.
• Experience with vehicle software updates, ECU flashing, or calibration activities is an advantage.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic and flashing tools such as ODIS, INCA, CANoe.
• Experience with prototype vehicles and pre-series development.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Prototype driving license.
• Fluent in English and German
