Da Vinci Engineering GmbH in Mainz is seeking an Automotive After Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen customer relationships across Europe and support dealers and distributors.

You will analyze dealer performance, drive service excellence, and collaborate with overseas teams. Fluent German and English are required; Master Technician or equivalent, and strong negotiation skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master Technician or equivalent required.
• Experience in workshop operations and aftersales business.
• Experience in the commercial vehicle sector and knowledge of commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks; basic EV knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Analytical, proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Business fluent German and English (C1+).

Aufgaben

• Define and implement measures to strengthen customer relationships with dealers and distributors across Europe.
• Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers.
• Evaluate operations at our dealers and submit improvement plans.
• Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit.
• Support the organization and execution of the European service conference for distributors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments overseas.

• Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles
• Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills
• An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills
• Business fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
