Zusammenfassung

DUDE CHEM in Berlin-Mitte is seeking a Delivery Engineer to turn our no-code/low-code software into working solutions for clients across the public and private sector. You will build workflows, interfaces and data models, connect our platform to clients' systems and ensure reliable, stable operations.

You will document projects and support partners to learn the platform while collaborating with clients to translate the mission into practice across diverse environments.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow tools delivering results.
• Confident in dealing with clients and service management under pressure.
• Comfortable with SQL and data formats JSON/XML, APIs and basic architectures.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking for modelling processes and data.
• Careful, reliable work focusing on stability and quality of systems.
• Very good German and English language skills (C1).

Aufgaben

• Build workflows, interfaces and data models and connect to Rulemaps created by Legal Engineers.
• Integrate the platform with third-party systems (GIS, HKR, eAkte) and support on-prem installations.
• Safeguard the quality and stability of client systems and handle service requests.
• Document projects and technical updates clearly and help partners learn the platform.

Your mission

As part of our Delivery team, you turn our no-code/low-code software into working solutions for clients across the public and private sector. Working closely with our Legal Engineers, you build workflows, interfaces and data models, connect our platform to our clients' specialist systems, and make sure the systems we ship run reliably and stay stable.

• In our no-code/low-code software, you build workflows, user interfaces, data models and output formats and connect them to the Rulemaps created by our Legal Engineers
• Through our standard interfaces, you integrate the platform with third-party systems such as GIS, HKR and eAkte and support clients with on-premise installations where needed
• You safeguard the quality and stability of client systems and are on hand for service requests
• You document projects and technical updates clearly and help our partners learn to work with our platform
• Together with clients across the public and private sector, you bring our mission into practice

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms, workflow tools or comparable technologies, whether through studies, training, work experience or your own projects, what matters is that you know how to deliver results with such tools
• Confident in dealing with clients and in service management, including in demanding situations
• Comfortable with query languages such as SQL and a good grasp of data formats such as JSON and XML, APIs and basic system architectures
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking, particularly when modelling processes, data structures and query logic
• Careful and reliable way of working with an eye on the stability and quality of systems
• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
