Impact of your role

As a Senior Low-Code Solution Engineer, you will lead demanding customer projects and lead your project teams to success. You are the central point of contact for complex customer requirements and are responsible for their successful implementation on our low-code platform.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of enterprise projects and coordination of the project team
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements
• Creating technical concepts and architectural decisions for customer solutions
• Planning and controlling project resources and ensuring project quality
• Coaching and professionally managing project staff
• Developing complex solutions on our low-code platform AgileApps
• Providing technical advice and strategic support to our key accounts

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of B2B software projects
• Proven success in leading development teams
• Extensive experience in requirements analysis and solution design
• Familiarity with agile project methods
• Ideally experience with low-code platforms
• Very good knowledge of German and English
