Jobtailor seeks a senior clinical strategy leader to develop and execute enterprise-wide clinical strategies, improving member health outcomes. You will lead the full lifecycle of clinical programs from concept and pilot design through launch and scaling, maintaining strategic oversight of scaled programs for sustained impact.

You will drive digital health partnerships, specialty strategies for high-cost areas, and evolve integrated clinical products.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of strategy and operations development and implementation experience in healthcare
• Experience with analytics and use of data
• Strong business and/or consulting experience
• Clinical operations experience and expertise
• Deep understanding of care delivery across payers and providers
• Product experience managing multidisciplinary teams including analytics, engineering, design, and clinical roles
• Solid business and financial acumen
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects
• Process improvement experience
• Ability to influence, establish, and drive improved business outcomes
• Ability to lead a diverse group toward a common vision with proven results in motivation, engagement, and goal attainment
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information

Develop and execute enterprise-wide clinical strategies to improve member health outcomes
Lead the full lifecycle of clinical program and product design, from concept and pilot design through launch and scaling
Maintain strategic oversight of scaled programs to ensure continuous improvement and sustained impact
Lead digital health partnerships strategy and execution
Lead Stars clinical strategy and interventions for key HEDIS measures, including GSD, CBP, and Care Coordination
Lead specialty strategy in high-cost specialties including oncology, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and kidney care
Evolve the long-term approach to integrated clinical products based on member needs
Lead the team and collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, product managers, analytics, engineering, and design teams
Develop strategies for complex clinical programs with multidisciplinary enterprise partners
Coordinate enterprise-wide efforts around high-value opportunities and cross-team synergies
Design, test, and scale cross-functional approaches that improve member experience, clinical outcomes, and cost of care
Build repeatable capabilities and operating models
Provide strategic input, updates, and presentations to enterprise-wide forums
Influence senior Humana decision-makers on opportunities to improve health, lower costs, and improve experience
Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development and implementation experience for healthcare-related organizations
