As Associate, Recruiting (m/f/d), you will attract outstanding talent for our Fulltime Hire Team across Germany & Austria, serving as the main contact for candidates through the Talent Journey.

You will pre-select top candidates, oversee assessment days, and drive campus activities while collaborating with colleagues to advance fulltime hiring.

Formación

• University degree in business administration, social sciences or law.
• Initial experience in recruiting and/or campus marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic data analytics knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central contact for candidates throughout the Talent Journey, from initial university contact to assessment days.
• Pre-select top candidates for the selection process and oversee assessment days.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute campus activities and flagship recruiting events with your team.
• Support internal consultants with recruiting-related queries and provide timely analyses to stakeholders.

Collaboration in our interdisciplinary Recruiting Team is built on passion, commitment, honesty, openness and, of course: teamwork. Our goal is to identify and inspire outstanding talent for Bain. In this role, you will report to the responsible Recruiting Manager of our Intern Hire Team, who – together with your colleagues – will support you during your onboarding and professional development within the firm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Associate, Recruiting (m/f/d), you will support our Fulltime Hire Team in attracting outstanding talent for a career in consulting across our offices in Germany & Austria.
• In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all candidates throughout the Talent Journey – from the initial contact at a university event through to candidate support during our assessment days.
• You will also be responsible for the pre-selection of the most promising candidates for our selection process and will oversee the preparation, execution and follow-up of our assessment days.
• You give free rein to your creativity in conceptualising, planning and executing our campus activities and (flagship) recruiting events, and collaborate with your team colleagues to develop strategies and concepts to further advance our fulltime hiring.
• With your communicative and approachable manner, you also support our internal consultants with all recruiting-related queries.
• To make our recruiting success measurable, you regularly prepare analyses along the Talent Journey and present these to your key stakeholders.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You hold a successfully completed university degree in business administration, social sciences or law, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
• You bring initial experience in recruiting and/or campus marketing.
• You are proficient in MS Office; initial knowledge of data analytics is an advantage.
• Your German and English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written
