Your Mission:
You are a creative thinker and focused executioner with a passion for marketing and events, bringing experience in marketing project management and event planning in the B2B sector. You thrive for innovation, have an eye for detail, and are skilled at keeping track in an ambitious, fast paced environment.
In this role, you will drive the presence of Bain & Company and focus on increasing our awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities on topics relevant across clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As part of the Market Reputation Team DACH, you will shape Bain’s perception as the leading consulting partner to ambitious business leaders, working closely with Bain leadership and our marketing team around the globe.
As a Specialist, you will develop and support executing marketing activities across various channels, with a dedicated focus on event planning and implementation. This includes working with event management tools and CRM, invitation management, and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as external cooperation partners and event providers. Furthermore, you’ll provide on-going support to key stakeholders, collaborating with other teams, and helping us to continuously improve and innovate.
