Zusammenfassung

Exyte is seeking a senior procurement professional to own the tendering, negotiation, and administration of multi‑million euro subcontracts and supply contracts.

You will evaluate bids, prepare award recommendations, and manage contract execution while monitoring subcontractor performance and identifying risks. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential for successful project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years’ experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in construction or plant engineering.
• Solid knowledge in a relevant electrical engineering discipline.
• Understanding of project execution models (EPC, EPCM) is an advantage.
• Very good IT skills, MS Office and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, RIB iTWO).
• Knowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills and good written & spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally with on-site work depending on project phase.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of subcontract and supply contracts with values in the multi-million-euro range. Commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids and preparation of well-founded award recommendations. Negotiation and execution of contracts. Commercial management of subcontracts. Monitoring and performance tracking of subcontractors. Identification of risks and performance deviations through proactive planning and close stakeholder communication. Review, evaluation, and management of change orders and claims. Close collaboration with the Project Management team and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Continuous process optimization through regular feedback and the implementation of lessons learned. Regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager.
