FACTUREE in Berlin is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help turn user insights and business processes into better product decisions. You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, and operations to support discovery, organize workflows, and gradually own product initiatives.

You’ll use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and knowledge management, and you’ll grow into product management through hands-on experience, structured onboarding, and close teamwork.

• Support Product Management in day-to-day product operations and discovery activities
• Organize, structure, and analyze user, customer, and stakeholder feedback

Summary

At FACTUREE, we are transforming the manufacturing industry through digitization, automation, and AI-powered workflows. As an Associate Product Manager (m/f/x), you will help turn user insights, operational knowledge, and business processes into better product decisions.

You’ll join our Product team and work closely with Engineering, QA, and operational teams to support product discovery, create clarity around complex workflows, and gradually take ownership of your own product initiatives. Along the way, you’ll use modern AI tools extensively to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.

This role is designed for curious, analytical people who enjoy understanding complex systems and want to grow into Product Management.

• Initial exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, or software projects is a plus, but not required
• Experience with tools such as Jira or a basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken German and English communication skills
