Customer Alliance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next evolution of our mature SaaS product for hospitality businesses. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive meaningful improvements and define the product roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals.

You will lead strategic initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Customer Alliance, you'll play a central role in shaping how our product evolves - balancing user needs, business goals, and emerging technology. This is a high-impact position for someone who leads with curiosity, builds trust across teams, and turns complex problems into clear direction.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive meaningful improvements to a mature SaaS product, while helping define where it goes next. Your work will directly influence how thousands of hospitality businesses collect, manage, and act on customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment

• Define and communicate a product vision aligned with business strategy and technical capabilities.

• Analyze market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and validate product ideas.

• Set priorities that balance engineering capacity, user needs, and business goals.

Collaboration across Teams

• Work with engineering to assess feasibility, align on realistic timelines and resource allocation.

• Support maintainability and scalability while advocating for innovation and technical debt reduction.

Execution and Delivery

• Lead cross-functional alignment for product launches.

• Balance feature development with technical debt and infrastructure improvements.

Market and Customer Focus

• Conduct market research to align features with real-world demands.

• Define and track product success metrics for user engagement and business impact.

What We Expect:

Qualifications:

• You bring 5y+ experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of a mature product.

• You enjoy building from scratch and are genuinely curious about emerging technologies.

• You're a strong problem-solver - able to balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision.

• You communicate clearly and build trust easily across diverse teams and with external partners.

• You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping create clarity where it doesn't yet exist.

If you have it, it's a plus:

• German language skills is a strong plus

• Background in startups or high-growth technology companies.

• Track record of shipping AI-powered features and integrations.

• Experience in the customer feedback, hospitality tech, or review management space.
