Qualifications

• Top performing Associate with first work or internship experience in high-performance environments (e.g. consulting, investment banking, strategy departments, etc.).
• Academic backgrounds: Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Medicine
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Can do attitude and a positive mindset
• The ability and curiosity to learn everything required to become a top management consultant
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (fluency in a third language impresses us)
