Zusammenfassung

Stark is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to own the IT operations for our Swedish office. You will manage workstations, accounts, and security, while coordinating with the German-based global IT team to align standards.

The role is office-first with one day per week remote work, reporting to the Director Corporate IT. You will support Nordic operations and contribute to secure, reliable IT services across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS (Linux experience is a significant plus).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Nordic language is a must, Swedish preferred. English level: B2 or higher for effective daily communication with colleagues in Germany.
• Security-first mindset: a proactive approach to identifying risks and a high sense of responsibility.
• Independence: ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues autonomously.

Aufgaben

• IT Administration & Support: Ensure the seamless operation of workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux) and local office infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, VC).
• User Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle regarding IT, including hardware provisioning, account setup (onboarding), and access revocation (offboarding).
• Information Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity standards (MFA, disk encryption, OS updates).
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses, manage procurement, and handle service/warranty cases with vendors.
• HQ Coordination: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Swedish team, collaborating with our global IT & Security teams in Germany to align local operations with global standards.

Your mission
