STARK Defence in Munich, Germany, seeks an experienced Internal Sales & Order Management Specialist to drive end-to-end order processing in SAP SD or Microsoft Dynamics. You will handle order creation, validation, and coordination with logistics while ensuring excellent customer service for domestic and international clients.

Required: 2+ years in internal sales or order management, commercial apprenticeship, strong German and English, and solid knowledge of Incoterms.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Completed commercial training or apprenticeship (e.g., in industrial trade, wholesale, or foreign trade) or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in internal sales, order management, or customer service.
• Technical & Domain Expertise: Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD, Microsoft Dynamics) and a solid understanding of Incoterms.
• Key Competencies: Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
• Languages: Business fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) to support national and international clients.

Aufgaben

• Sales Order Creation & Validation: Independently enter, review, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.
• Order Fulfillment Monitoring: Oversee the entire order lifecycle within the ERP system in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Customer Service & Communication: Proactively support domestic and international clients regarding delivery schedules, order modifications, and commercial inquiries.
• Claims & Credit Note Management: Handle customer complaints, coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams, and issue credit notes.
• Trade Terms & Logistics Compliance: Apply appropriate Incoterms and ensure adherence to contractual delivery conditions throughout execution.

You will join the Customer Operations Team, serving as the vital link between customers, the Sales department, and Logistics to ensure smooth operational workflows and deliver top-tier customer service.

Your mission

Drive seamless end-to-end order processing—from entering order data into the ERP system to final product delivery—while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining precise logistics standards.
