• Support the execution of financing processes, including LBO transactions involving private equity sponsors, growth financings in a corporate setting, and the refinancing of existing capital structures
• Analyze and research company information across a range of industries
• Prepare pitch books and bank presentations
• Develop integrated financial models covering the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, including financing structures and instruments
• Independently manage individual workstreams within the financing process
• Advise mid-sized business owners, international corporations, and private equity investors on corporate finance matters

Requirements

• Excellent degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business information systems, or a related field
• 2–4 years of transaction experience in relevant areas, such as debt advisory, M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity/debt, audit, tax advisory, or similar
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly to decision-makers and clients
• Strong proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Additional foreign languages are a plus
