• Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis of sectors and companies.
• Assist in development and preparation of marketing materials, pitch presentations and transaction documents.
• Participate in due diligence efforts and process management, including data gathering and synthesis of findings.
• Collaborate with senior team members to support deal origination and execution.
• Contribute to the valuation process using financial modelling techniques and tools.
