Zusammenfassung

MARCLEY in Hannover, Germany, seeks a finance professional to support planning and execution of financing structures for renewable energy projects. You will handle drawdown, refinancing, and modeling for project finance, leasing and green bonds, while coordinating with partners and ERP-based financial cases.

You will participate in due diligence, contract structuring, and financial close activities, ensuring accurate reporting to financing partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or banking training.
• 1–4 years in finance (banking, corporate finance, M&A, advisory, or asset/structured finance).
• Interest in financing structures and models; initial experience preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze financial cases.
• German and English communication skills.

• Contribute to the preparation and optimization of financing models for project finance, leasing, and green bonds


• Build and maintain financial cases in ERP systems


• Support the entire financing process, from due diligence and contract structuring through project completion


• Work closely with internal and external partners


• Support accounting activities, including customer invoicing, month-end and year-end closing, and liquidity management


• Manage reporting to financing partners and internal stakeholders


• Monitor market trends and financing options in the renewable energy sector


• Develop and implement your own ideas to optimally position MARCLEY

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed banking training


• One to several years of professional experience (approximately 1–4 years) in finance, for example in banking, corporate finance, M&A, financial advisory, consulting, or asset/structured finance


• Interest in financing structures and models; initial experience in these areas is preferred


• Initial knowledge of accounting and tax-related matters, as well as accounting processes and financial close activities, is an advantage but not required


• Strong numerical skills and an interest in preparing and analyzing financial cases


• Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not a requirement


• Strong communication skills in German and English


• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work


• Confident, clear, and persuasive communication in German, both written and verbal
