Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Frankfurt is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily store operations, open/close routines, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or supervisory experience, fluency in English and German at CEFR B2, and a strong customer focus. You will manage staffing, payroll, train non-management staff, drive sales with product knowledge, and maintain brand displays.

• Open and close the store, ensuring secure and smooth operations.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom to deliver excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll management.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
