Zusammenfassung

Luxoft is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join a long-term automotive AI project. You will build and optimize RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, vector stores, and LLMs, and develop ASR/TTS integrations using Python, PyAudio, and librosa.

You will prototype and productionize intent classification and few-shot learning with empathic dialogue, and integrate AI services with FastAPI and Kafka. You will collaborate with ML engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI systems, while

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with audio processing for ASR/TTS systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation.

What you’ll do

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, vector stores & LLMs
• Develop ASR/TTS integrations and audio processing with Python, PyAudio & librosa
• Prototype and productionize intent classification, few-shot learning & empathic dialogue
• Integrate AI services with FastAPI & Kafka
• Monitor AI quality using metrics such as WER, CER, BLEU & faithfulness
• Collaborate with ML engineers and cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering in production
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar LLM frameworks
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API
• Knowledge of prompt engineering & LLM evaluation
• Experience with ASR (Whisper, Azure Speech or equivalent) and TTS
