THRYVE is a team of 100+ innovators delivering open-source tech and AI-driven solutions. We’re hiring engineers to work on AI projects, including an NLP-focused program and an AI assistant for enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate with a skilled team, contribute your ideas, and develop cutting-edge software. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, strong ML/AI experience, Python proficiency, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C/C++ or TypeScript a plus.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

We're launching the Sparkassen-KIPilot - a cutting-edge AI assistant that boosts productivity by automating tasks, analysing data, and generating customer communications for Sparkasse employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a highly skilled AI team
• Develop cutting-edge AI solutions for both in-house products and tailored customer projects.
• DevOps, Python backend development, and machine learning,
• Work on NLP-focused projects
• Contribute your own ideas and independently developed solutions to enhance product capabilities and push boundaries.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI
• Proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript being a plus.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
