Hornetsecurity GmbH is seeking an AI Automation & Enablement Specialist (m/f/d) in Germany to bridge technology and business. You will analyze, design, and deploy AI-powered workflows, automate internal processes, and enable teams to adopt AI tools effectively.

You will deliver training, create playbooks and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional groups while upholding governance, security, and compliance. Remote work options available.

AI Automation & Enablement Specialist – Germany

As an AI Automation & Enablement Specialist (m/f/d), you will work at the intersection of technology, business, and organizational transformation. You will help automate internal business processes using Artificial Intelligence while enabling employees to effectively adopt and use modern AI tools.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on how AI is implemented across the organization, driving efficiency, supporting business teams, and helping shape the responsible use of AI throughout the company.

Your Job

Your Profile

• Experience analyzing and automating business processes.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language.
• Experience working with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong business focus.
• Understanding of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance principles.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
